  5. Hi Food Babe, I am a new reader and I absolutely LOVE your blog, I caught onto to your great tips from 100 Days of Real Food. I just recently have started making changes in my diet and have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle and your blog is so inspiring and informative. Over the last year I have lost 50 pounds and it really has forced me to open my eyes and be conscious of the food I am putting into my body. I thought I knew some things but after reading your blog I have so much to learn. I have learned more things about food over the past couple of days from your blog then the last year. Anyway, I really want to start juicing and I wanted to know what blender you use or what you recommend for a good blender? Thanks so much!

  6. Can’t wait for the new recipe… it looks awesome! How did your almond milk turn out? Have you tried the coconut yet? I’m really interested to try making the poisson cru you were talking about!

  7. Vani, can’t thank you enough for all the information you put together. In addition, I am able to get info when you respond to questions from your followers. I have tried so many products based on your recommendations. Makes it easier with the wealth of items at Whole Foods or Trader Joes. My latest purchase was the Gogi Berries. Yum! I celebrated my 30th wedding anniversary this week. I tried on my wedding dress and it fit perfectly. Went for my yearly physical and the doctor was very pleased with all my numbers. This has gotten lengthy but I truly appreciate all you do to keep us informed and that you are approachable. Have a great weekend.

    1. Approximately 110 – I usually have some chia seeds and protein later or a parfait porridge.
