Medical Medium: Life-Changing Foods by Anthony William is by far the best book on food and health out there right now. My 7th grader was so excited to see this list. She picked Rachel Carson for her year long history project. The theme was a person from history who stood up for what they believed in. She is currently reading Silent Spring. Wonderful book for young girls to read!!!
Just want you to know – the plastic beta container with the plants on top is animal torture for the little beta. No air, no plants to hide and sleep in. Its a small prison and very lonely death. Please read up on Beta health and care and consider taking it down. Children should see their animals thriving and happy. This little guy is suffocating in terrible isolation. Thanks for taking a second look!
