My 5 Beauty Obsessions & FAQ

During the Fresh Expo, I had the opportunity to speak about some of my favorite topics – “Detoxing Your Beauty Regimen” and the “The Truth about GMOs.” I received so many questions after the beauty talk, that I didn’t even get a chance to take a breather before my next talk on GMOs! Avoiding chemicals in your beauty regime is a tough job considering the world we live in and it takes constant awareness and education. In light of all the questions I received, I’m putting together a FAQ specially on this topic…

If you have questions you would like to have answered, please feel free to leave them below or on Facebook or Twitter and I will add them to the list.

In the meantime – I hope you enjoy learning about my 5 Beauty Obsessions as featured in Well & Good NYC this week here.

Stay well this weekend!

  1. First off, I would like to thank Food Babe for the wonderful work that she has put out on a regular basis. It is not easy running a web-based service, and it takes a lot of character to continue churning out great posts on a consistent basis. For that I commend you and wish you decades of further success. Now, on to my comment about the youthful appearance and how so many women these days are growing older and less attractive at younger and younger ages. It is sad, but I think it cannot be avoided.

I have long been concerned with beauty and that interest also sparked my interest in gluten free, vegan foods that are not damaging to the hair and skin and face. As a surgeon, and one who has been practicing facial feminization surgery at http://www.facialfeminizationsurgeons.com for over five years now, I have noticed that many women have been losing their vibrant, youthful look a lot earlier than before. Twenty year old girls are starting to get wrinkles and lose their shine, and it is sad. They get really frustrated and that frustration feeds off of itself.
