I started with your February Eating Guide and absolutely love it! The recipes are ridiculously easy to prepare and the food is so tasty and filling. Not only have I been enjoying the Eating Guides and recipes for myself, but The Food Babe Way has become such a great reference for me and my bf as well. My bf suffers from 2 autoimmune diseases, Ulcerative Colitis & recently just diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis a month ago. He said in the 3 weeks that we've started adopting some of the "habits" like drinking lemon+cayenne water & one green juice a day, he's already felt a positive shift in his energy levels and overall well being!
