Just after one week, the biggest thing I've noticed is my energy! Just a little background on my job - We have 3 senior producers and we all have our own week of shows we produce. This last week (Friday-Thursday) was my week to produce, which includes long hours with lots of standing and running around. Usually during my week of taping I am dead at the end of the day. I figure out a quick, easy dinner and I'm on the couch for the rest of the night. This past week after trying the Eating Guide, I have ran, cooked or prepared meals (which takes time and energy!) every night plus exercised! I can't get over how much energy I've had and I'm loving it! I'm also down 2 pounds!
