Banana Bread Hemp Smoothie

  • 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup of spinach, kale or romaine
  • 1⁄2-1 cup nut milk or water, more or less as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon pinch nutmeg
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
