No, we did the math for you. We make sure that the recipes for each day fall within a certain caloric amount (~1500 calories). Additionally, the included meal chart that comes with your monthly plans outlines the combination of each breakfast, lunch and dinner option based on the nutritional profile of each recipe. Remember, you are eating real, whole foods and therefore, your main focus is on the quality of nutrients, not counting your calories.


We want each month's meal plan to be uncomplicated and intuitive so that it becomes easier for you to assemble each recipe quickly. Too many options can lead to choice overload, which can get overwhelming and distract from the healthiest of intentions.

After you login to your account, the current meal plan is available to download on the main page in the "Meal Plans" tab in the "Monthly Meal Plans" section. This is also where you can access the Meal Planner Tool, download the Starter Guide, Pantry List, Success Journal and any Bonuses (when available).


After you login to your account, navigate to the "Videos" tab to watch exclusive content.


The easiest way to login to view your plan is to go to You can bookmark this page on your phone, tablet or computer so that you simply click on the saved link the next time you want to login. Upon reaching the login screen, enter your username and password. This will take you to the main screen with the current meal plans listed. From there you are able to download the current and previous month to your desktop so they are saved.


When you login you will be able to view the current month and the previous month in Meal Plans. Please remember to download and save each month to your computer. The easiest way for me to keep track of the meal plans is to create a folder on my desktop and save each guide in the same spot every month.


You can find a list of Food Babe approved grocery store brands and items by downloading the Pantry List available when you login to your account. You can also see approved brands for cooking utensils, personal care products and exercise videos by using the "Shop" section of the website here.
