The only reason I’ve been able to maintain my ideal weight for over 10 years now and feel amazing, is because of my habits, food choices and routine. And now I want to share that with you every month in a digestible and attainable way.

Vani (and everyone else), I have to say one thing about this eating guide ... I am not ignorant to what struggles we talk about here. Even before finding Vani, with struggles we had with our youngest of 4 children (being highly reactive to chemicals ... highly), I was already started on this journey. I assumed for quite a while that while I liked the idea, I didn't need an "eating guide" for myself ... however after just signing up to give it a shot, and going through the starter and my first monthly guide, I can now see I was wrong. I truly cannot get over how delicious and easy these recipes are!! I have never been so completely satisfied with recipes in my entire life. These are truly the best recipes: for nutrition, ease-LOVE how there are just a few ingredients and are easy to make for “non-cooks” and they all taste unbelievable. It is so interesting to notice the difference in how my body feels after I eat these meals as opposed to processed foods from the store or restaurants. It is like I can almost feel my body absorbing the nutrients and thanking me.
