15 Reasons To Read The Food Babe Way

1.  You’ll become an ingredient-label-reading superstar and know exactly which “Sickening 15” ingredients to avoid – and why.

2.  You’ll get into the same 21 life-changing habits that I personally use to achieve great health and maintain an ideal weight.

3.  You’ll learn which mainstream restaurants are serving up controversial additives and GMOs in their most popular dishes – think places like The Cheesecake Factory and The Olive Garden – with complete ingredient lists! I went undercover to get all the juicy details just for this book, never published before. You’ll also learn how to navigate the menu to choose the healthiest choices when eating out at any type of restaurant.

4.  You’ll stop counting calories, carbs, protein and fat grams, and learn why most “diets” are flawed and don’t work for long-term weight loss.

5.  You’ll see what I really think of how the FDA is managing its oversight of our food supply, and who they are really looking out for. *Hint – it’s not you.

6. Learn how to repair the relationship between you and your form fitting clothes. The Food Babe Way will teach you how to salvage the relationship so you don’t lose your clothes to someone else. You and your clothes were a great fit once, and can be again!

7.  You’ll find out what happened behind closed doors in some of my most controversial investigations and petitions. I’ll also tell you how to effectively start your own petition – for all you Food Babe Army activists out there!

8.  You’ll be able to “label” any product as GMO yourself, as long as you can read the ingredient list. You’ll also know which companies to boycott that are spending millions to keep you in the dark.

9.  You’ll see right through deceptive marketing claims on a label and be able to decipher which ones are all hype (and which ones are actually meaningful).

10.  Be able to tell your friends about the benefits of superfoods faster than they can Google superfood on their iPhone. Who needs Siri, when they have you?

11.  You’ll receive my expert tips on how to travel organically without missing a beat, so you can always stay on track – no matter where life takes you.

12.  Get the down low on why half of your Facebook friends started calling themselves “Paleo” this year and what you can do to help!

13.  You’ll get a 21-day flexible Eating Plan with dozens of my favorite organic recipes that I personally love, along with a pantry staples list and snack list. You’ll also receive my money-saving tips for how to stretch your food dollar further.

14. You’ll stop craving fast food and sugar. You’ll eat less processed food, take control of your taste buds and begin to appreciate the taste of real food again.

And last but not least…

15. Learn the tricks that the industry uses to make you addicted and eat more than you should, you’ll get the tools you need to break free and live the healthiest life possible.

I hope you’ll get your copy of The Food Babe Way today. After you’ve had a chance to check it out, please take the time to leave an honest review too. As you may have heard – lots of dishonest people are trying to prevent this book from succeeding and are leaving “1 star” reviews and they haven’t even read the book! It’s unethical. Let’s make our voices loud and clear – we want change within the food industry!

  1. Way to go Vani, I have avoided BHT for years, I have this chart that shows a lot of chems, it tells the same thing about BHT that you say, Cliff

  2. A science degree is not needed. It’s all common sense.

Don’t you want to understand what those chemicals in the food you choose for you and your family are? And be able to avoid the chemicals that could harm you and your family? Please know that those who work for the food industry do NOT want you to know this. That is why they are coming on http://amazon.com, writing negative reviews, and adding one star. They don’t want you to buy this book and read it.

Vani Hari explains the chemicals to avoid in her book in terms that the average person can understand.

She has a certified Nutritionists on her team. She hired a nutritionist to help her write the menus for her monthly food eating guides.

Again, a degree in Science is NOT required. Just common sense, a concern for your health (and the health of your family), and knowledge are needed.

Remember, knowledge *IS* power! So go ahead, buy this book, and read it. Do NOT listen to the naysayers/food industry and let them try to speak for you and try to discourage you from buying this book (Remember, they have an agenda – $$$$$). You make the decision to buy this amazing book and arm yourself with the knowledge you need to make good, healthy choices in the grocery store. Isn’t your health and the health of your family worth it? I say, YES!

    1. Vani,
I bought two of your books; one for me and one for my sister. Thank you for compiling this work of important food information for everyone. I appreciate all that you and your team do. Please continue the good work.
      Donna

  3. Cup of filtered water ✔️
    Electric kettle ✔️
    Cayenne pepper ✔️
    Lemon ✔️
My NEW fresh start to begin my day. Thanks, Food Babe!

    1. Vickie, add some apple cider vinegar to that, and your “boost” will be even better!
That is from Dr. Josh Axe.

  4. Next should find out what kind of bad ingredients they are putting in school lunches……Its one thing to try to poison adults but kids. WTF They shouldn’t be trying to poison anyone…. Good work food babe…. World need allot more people like you:)

    1. I have been visiting my son’s school to talk to them about who is distributing their ‘food’ to the school. Its way more than my original thought of just viewing what they are serving. It is also about who their funding comes from and what it will pay for. I plan on helping with a school garden.

  5. I was just cyber attacked on YouTube for leaving a positive comment about The Food Babe. FIGHT THE POWER!

  6. I am an avid Alex Jonesian, heard about you last night on the station…I am constantly finding God has good people in every sector of life…keep up the good work and keep the faith…in regard to the threats they are making, they attack you where they feel you are most vulnerable, allow it to draw you closer to God…you will be ostracized, villified, in an attempt to destroy you…whats that song what doesnt kill me makes me stronger…you will find friends you thought wouldnt turn their back on you…you have been chosen, be confident to know you have been equipped to prevail……Ricco

  7. ASk listeners to start taking all their GM cereals back to store for refund, stating that it has BHT in it. GM will freak!

  8. Your book should be in my box in 2 days Thank you for all you do for us
I’m sure your already know Dr Mercola is right there with you and his latest newsletter contrasts the “junk” in McDonalds french fries as opposed to the way they are prepared in the UK We are being chemicalized to death in the US!!!!!

  9. My book arrived today – I am looking forward to reading it! I was hoping you’d hit WA state for a book signing, but oh well! I hope your book does well and please keep doing what you do. I’ve found your site to be incredibly insightful and it contains information that can be life changing.

      1. GREAT idea!!!…that is the first thing most kids get in the morning…it would be like those food boycotts from our history..The stores would have to accept them back…awesome way to put pressure on the grocery stores assn that was putting pressure on VT…they need to see that consumers are a force, too, not just their corrupt suppliers!!!how can you tell if Vani sees this? Just read that fda approved first gmo apple! Going to affect granny, golden delicious…fun and one other…

  10. Vani I love all of you posts and The Food Babe Way did not disappoint! When are you going to be bringing the book tour to Seattle!?

  11. Heard you on infowars the other day also… Awesome interview, was really cool to see you on the show! Thanks for all you do… Hope the book tour makes a stop in Austin, TX. Come to brave new books!

  12. Dear Vani, Thanks for ALL you do! Will your book tour include New Jersey or New York area? I live in Bayonne New Jersey andI am looking forward to reading your book. I am all about eating and staying healthy as well. Thank You again, Linda Szymanski

  13. When will you be at the Costco in The Woodlands, TX? It’s just north of Houston. I am over 100 pounds over weight and need help. So is my daughter in law. I do not want to go vegan! I will be ordering you book soon, but would rather get it if you are going to be in my area anytime soon. Carol

  14. Good Job!
I was reading your book today in the plane while drinking my green dayly juice, and the woman next to me began asking me a lot of questions about my juice and I ended up explaining her a lot of things that you explain in your book. She seemed really interested. Funny; I met the same woman later at whole foods and she just got your book and she showed it to me. :)) This army is getting invencible!!! We will change this world!!!

  15. If my mother knew instinctively back in the 50s and 60s that what the “food” companies were doing to our food and putting in it was bad, then certainly anyone with any common sense today would know it too! To have common sense and know instinctively that added questionably safe chemicals, gmo’s, hormones, fractionated foods with fat taken out and sugar put in, etc., shows that one doesn’t need a degree in nutrition, a PhD, or any other “professional” and esteemed title to know what is good for the human body. It has gotten to the point that there is a large segment of the population that only trusts the “professionals” and the “certified” and “degreed” in whatever field! How’s that working out for you….yes, you with the children who are always sick, the cancer, the heart attacks, the strokes, the diabetes, the allergies, obesity, asthma and disease like we have never seen before! Perhaps you were not around when foods were just that and not some adulterated, chemical-laden, artificial crap but it stands to reason that food is fuel for the body! The people of this country had a normal weight, cancer was almost unheard of as was diabetes and the laundry list of other ailments that have shown themselves over the past 40+ years! If you were to put an alien substance down a gas tank of a car, would you expect that car to actually run properly – absolutely not and so it is with what is touted as “food” that no body should ever consume!

  16. Please, please don’t sell your book on Amazon. Or at least don’t put Amazon first. Please encourage the indie book store choice. Its against the spirit of the great work you are doing to use amazon.
    Thanks! Rachel

    1. Rachel, I’m not speaking for Ms. Hari, but there is a very specific logic behind using Amazon as the primary point of sale during the release of a book. (I have several friends who have written books, and I’ve taken a few marketing seminars that talk about this.) Amazon is most people’s go-to source for book reviews. Amazon publishes its top-sellers list, as so many local newspapers. Amazon is available to everyone, whereas (VERY SADLY!!) not everyone has a bookstore. Amazon calculates sales to include presales and publishes those statistics, whereas smaller bookstores do not. I hate that this is true, but it is a major driving force in getting media attention for a book these days–and media attention not only sells more books, but gives more opportunities to talk about the book.

I do wish Ms. Hari would have scheduled her speaking tour and book signing with small book stores (and hey, there’s still time!). I find it ironic that she is going to be in the San Francisco South Bay area and only appearing at Costco–a dealer of super-sized processed and packaged foods–and not at any bookstores. I’m not even thinking about Barnes & Noble. The Bay area is FULL of independent bookstores (Books, Inc.; Book Passage; Pegasus Books just to name three).

  17. Congrats Vani! Can you add Las Vegas to your tour schedule? We’d love to see you out here someday to sign our books 🙂

  18. The more I read the book, the more I love it! They are having a healthy cooking class where I live, and I plan to take it with me and show them exactly what healthy food is! Where can people buy your t shirts? Im not finding it on your site.
That black bean and sweet potato soup was so good that I had some for breakfast. Write us a big thick cook book…ok. Im telling everyone I meet about how great your book is.

  19. It’s too bad your only stops in my area are either during my work hours, or far enough away that I won’t make it in rush-hour traffic. I’m a little surprised you’re not coming to Berkeley, or to any Books, Inc. locations.

  20. Bravo for your book Vani, Could tell it was a work of passion. I am sure you know we are all behind you.

Just a few months ago I realized that in this day and age, our vitamins just might have gmo’s, and knew they have additives that may not be good for us. It took me weeks but Puritan.com checked all the vitamins I had bought in the last year. There were only 2 that had gmo but I told them that was 2 too many. We buy vitamins and supplements to be healthier, not to be exposed to health threatening ingredients. They said they are trying to convert to no gmo but would take a while. In the meantime I have found out that it is an industrywide problem and gmos are not identified individually. So, when you purchase a vitamin you need to ask if it has gmos and see the entire ingredient list, the same as foods. How did we get to this point? Anyway, share what you learn so se can help Vani and each other. Hugs

  21. What do you and Michelle Tam have against the Delaware Valley? (Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Cherry Hill . . . . etc.) Neither of you have come this way to be at a book signing, although there are many of us here that follow both of you and wish to meet you!!! Yeah, New York is ok, but . . .
Come and meet your fans here!!!

  22. You are awesome! ! So glad you you talk to Alex Jones on Infowars.com… that’s where I first heard you and why I am reading your book now. So much info in it yet easy to read. If you come to El Paso, TX I’ll be there and I’ll bring friends.

  23. Vani,
I just started reading your book (I haven’t read or bought a book in years) but I am looking forward to reading this to the end 🙂 knowledge is power! Thank you for all that you do, you are an inspiration! I wish you would do a book signing in Sarasota, FL 🙂 …Sharon

  24. Can’t wait to read your book! Hope you will come to south Florida – thank you, thank you! for all you do! We are blessed to have you! xoxo!

  25. “THE POWER OF VESTED INTERESTS SHALL YIELD TO THE GRADUAL ENCROACHMENT OF IDEAS AND THE TRUTH”

It’s a marvelous thing you do Vani. Keep it up.
You have tons more fans than detractors.

  26. Vani,
Please consider Bentonville, AR. I just moved here from Kansas City & the only options for ‘food’ are Wal-Mart, SAMS & a few smaller chains! I’m thinking this area could use The Food Babe Way! Can’t wait to read this book …

  27. Cani, you need to come to Iowa, the heart of goo corn and soybeans. People here are so brainwashed and unaware! There are a few of us that know better, but promoting your book, research, website, etc. here would be a huge first step. The cancer rates here are off the charts. So scary!

    1. So true.As Im at the gym my fiance and son are on the way to 2 funerals in Iowa.I have to work tomorrow otherwise Id be by their sides. All the families are into farming, cattle raising, crops and all have to praise Monsanto for their livelihood.I tried telling them all at Christmas but didnt go over well. Some woke up though.I believe a big Mid Western tour would benefit the United States and worlds food supply.Stop dying and start waking up.Awesome job Vani

      1. Steve, I agree a book tour of the Midwest is a great AND necessary recommendation! Awareness is a huge step in the change needed! Vani, I believe you have the courage and knowledge to take on the brainwashing here and turn it around. Go for the challenge!

  28. I’ve enjoyed reading the beginning of your book and am looking forward to really delving into it. Why don’t you come to NWA-Bentonville, AR? It’s Walmart’s headquarters! They could use some help cleaning up their shelves.

  29. please, please vani, please find your way to Delaware or surrounding area! would really love to get to see and speak with you. joy bright ps. many thanks for the wonderful work your doing!!! thank you, thank you!!!!

  30. When are you coming to NJ? Would love to meet you. Your book is great.
One thing I’ve read and noticed about chicken… you might already know. Some companies put on their labels “Raised without hormones or antibiotics…” Well these companies are injecting the chicken eggs with hormones…. Nice huh?

  31. I’m excited, I got the book Friday and I read The Maker’s Diet 9 years ago, been good with and now I look forward to educate myself and my family more with your book!

  32. Vani, just received your very informative book and I can’t put it down. I wish everyone could read it. I’ve told many people about how you, one person, got many mega food companies to get the carcinogenic ingredients out of our food. Now,you are not alone, we are all here united and standing with you. God Bless, Phyllis

  33. Vani

Hope to see you in LAGUNA BEACH…. You will like The STAND on Thalia St just 50 yards off Coast Hwy and only 3 blocks north of your signing!!! They’ve been organic for decades…way before many we’re born…hippies in the day. ENJOY

  34. Thank you so much for writing a book with all the information needed to eat healthy!! It’s a food bible really!! It inspired me to start reading my labels. And boy, what I have read! I even contacted Quaker oats to find out just what is that natural flavor in my steel cut instant oatmeal. They told me it’s a secret. Lol. Well I won’t be eating the instant anymore. You’ve changed my perspective. And it’s for the better. Thank you Food Babe. Keep up the good work.
