Morning:
Hot water with lemon and cayenne
Small cup of coffee to get my body moving before the AM workout – This coffee mug is from Sweden. My husband and I got it on our first trip overseas together – only 4 months after dating.
Made breakfast the night before to save time in the morning. This is my “Hari” shake – 2 cups kale, 2 cups romaine, 1 cup cilantro, 4 celery stalks, 1 apple and 1/2 lemon juiced
uhhhh forgot to take a picture of my breakfast….That is what a busy morning will do! I had the Hari shake that I made last night and Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder mixed with water
Mid Morning Snack:
4 different kinds of raw veggies and 14 almonds
Lunch:
Collard wraps with my beet sweetened hummus, kale crackers and fresh bing cherries
Afternooon Snack:
1 green tea and “Parfait Porridge”

Twin Cakes Almond Biscotti – No flour or refined sugar!
And then I saw these in my purse again! Â Ate another 1/3 of the box…
After my PM Hot Yoga, this was Dinner:

Yes, I’m juiced!
My mom’s South Indian Sambar again tonight + some cooked eggplant
Dessert was the other half of yesterday’s Earth Fare cookie and more goji berries. And after I took this last photo of the evening, I went back in the cabinet and ate more goji berries, chocolate chips and coconut like last night 🙂
I definitely ate more calories today than yesterday – primarily because I worked out twice! Although, I probably need to hide my chocolate better in the afternoon!  Out of sight out of mind! 🙂
I would love to have your menu today! You really know how to spice up healthy eating. The collard wraps look delicious and I love that you sweetened it with beets. I also have to put goji berries on my must try list. Thanks!
