Since it is Valentine’s Day…I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than to share one of my favorite sweets! No one should have to eat sweets filled with garbage. Life is just not complete without a little chocolate and candy now and then!
These Valentine’s Kisses are full of superfoods, easy to make and taste delicious right out of the freezer!
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of raw cacao nibs
- 3 tablespoons of goji berries
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Cream almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt together in a bowl
- Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined small baking dish (8×6)
- Top with raw cacao nibs and goji berries and freeze for at least 2 hours
- Remove from freezer, carefully remove almond fudge by lifting ends of parchment paper
- Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut fudge (or cut into 1 inch squares) and store in freezer separated by parchment paper
If you know someone who needs a little sweetness in their life – share this recipe with them. I’m sure they would be very appreciative, especially if they win. And who knows… they may make you some kisses!
Wishing you lots of love today and always.
Vani

This is unrelated to your post, but I have a question for you. I recently traveled to Phoenix, AZ where I toured a working olive farm. The tour guide informed us that black olives are actually green olives that have been soaked in lye!!! Did you know this and are they safe to eat?
Hi Food Babe. I love your blog and cannot wait to try this recipe.
Can you tell me where you got the scooper you used for the coconut oil. This would came in handy in my kitchen.
Thank you.
Hi Gabrielle, You can get them at most kitchen stores. Here is the link for Amazon. They are awesome. I use mine a lot! Great for cookies and mini muffins.

Valentine’s Day is long gone, but I wanted to say that I made these using peanut butter instead of almond butter and dried organic cherries instead of the goji berries (I couldn’t find them at my store) and they were great! It was a while back that I made them, but seeing the post makes me want to have them again…yum!
thanks for sharing…
I’ve tried this recipe and all i can say is that they’re amazingly delicious!!!!!! Every bite feels like heaven :). Thank you Vani for sharing this to us
So happy that you liked them!
I made your Valentine’s Kiss recipe yesterday and it is DELICIOUS! Thank you for sharing it with us!
Yay!
Do you actually store this in the freezer after cutting out the pieces? Wouldn’t it be really hard to eat?? The recipe looks absolutely delish! Can’t wait to try it!
This recipe looks yummy! Can’t wait to try it! 🙂
I don’t eat chocolate however, I too created a nice Valentine’s Day treat 🙂 It’s a FRITTATA – flipping delicious (with aritchokes, olives, grass-fed/finished beef, etc)! You could eat my dish first and then follow it up with some of your KISSES 🙂
Happy Valentine’s Day – well I guess in 2 days – Vani!

I want to try to make these with my daughter! Looks like a yummy treat we can enjoy. Thanks for sharing with us!
Going to try these!
what ‘toxin’ did you associate w/ non organic peanut butter? aflotoxin?
Oh wow! I have almost all the ingredients. On my way to get almond butter!
Vani, I love what you are doing, and I’ve recommended you to everyone I know on FB. I just made this desert for me and my husband for Valentine’s day, but I had to substitute other dried berries for goji berries, because what normal person in the US can afford goji berries? Seriously, we eat as organically as possible, but I can’t afford to even step foot in a Whole Foods market. Thankfully we also have Sprouts and Trader Joe’s, but I find a lot of your dishes hard to make, because I can’t afford the ingredients.
Made these on the 14th and all I can say is WOW, so bloody delicious!! Thank you so much for sharing!!! Its so exciting to know that treats can be filled with goodness and not sh*t!!! lol
I’m 6 months pregnant and these kisses looked tempting! I just made them. My 2 year old son, husband and I love this fudge!! Thanks for an amazingly delicious and healthy recipe!
Thanks for the great recipe! Can’t wait to try
This just tasted like almond butter. Nothing exciting. Don’t waste your time making these. Your almond butter brownies now those are delicious!
Vani, just made the Valentine Day Kisses. They are in the freezer. Can’t wait to try them, although I must say licking the bowl was a treat in itself! Thank you for the work you are doing and this recipe!
